Return Step-by-Step Guide
It's really easy to arrange a return by following these simple steps:
- Drop an email to contact@superdry.sg to initiate your return. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason(s) for return
- Return method: Courier pick-up or PostCo drop-off (A list of PostCo locations can be found here)
- Await a return confirmation email. The email includes a link for you to:
- Specify your return pick-up date.
- Specify if you are unable to print a return label. Follow the instructions in the next section if you are unable to print a return label.
- Label your package. The returned item(s) should be sealed in a package and labelled correctly to ensure your package will reach the return warehouse.
- The return label should be attached to your package securely. If you are reusing the original packaging, ensure that the return label replaces your original tracking number.
- Unlabelled or incorrectly labelled packages may lead to failed pick-ups or failed delivery returns to the warehouse.
- Wait for your scheduled pick-up or head to a PostCo drop-off point with your package.
How do I return if I am unable to print a return label?
- Tick ‘I do not have a printer’ while making your pickup time slot booking.

Under ‘Original Tracking Number’, input the SDRETURN code provided at the bottom of your order invoice. A sample of the return code is:
- Label your package. The returned item(s) should be sealed in a package and labelled correctly to ensure your package will reach the return warehouse.
- The return code should be attached to your package securely. If you are reusing the original packaging, ensure that the return code replaces your original tracking number.
