What is the shipping fee? Are there any free shipping available?
We provide Islandwide delivery at $6.5 per order. There'll be no minimum charges for orders above $150.
What is the return policy?
Returns are applicable to full priced items only. We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. Any form of Superdry discount or promotional codes used will not be eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
If the item has a manufacturing or design defect, contact our customer service. Items damaged from misuse or wear are not eligible for returns.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
