1. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

Yes, all orders under $100 are charged at $6.50. All orders which are above $100 enjoy free delivery.

2. Can I have my order delivered to store?

Currently, we do not have any Click & Collect option.

3. What delivery services do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping.

4. Can you send my order without an invoice?

We are not able to dispatch orders without an invoice.

5. Can I have my order delivered to a business address?

You can choose to have your order delivered to a business address. However, please be aware that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once the delivery has been made.

6. How long will my delivery take?

Standard Delivery in Singapore should reach within 3-5 days.

7. Why haven't I received any confirmation emails?

All notification emails are sent to the email address that has been used to place the order, if the email address was entered incorrectly you will not receive the email. Please also make sure to check your spam folders of the email address. If you still have not received any emails, please contact us at contact@superdry.sg

8. Has my order arrived in store?

Currently, we do not have Click & Collect option.

9. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on all orders above $100. Under $100 is chargeable.

10. Why haven't I received my order?

You will have had an estimated delivery date at the checkout and an order confirmation email to reflect this. Please check your dispatch email or your Superdry account to see the tracking information for your parcel(s). If there has been no movement in your tracking for 5 days, please contact us.

1. Can I do a return on my order?

You can initiate a free return on your order within 14 days of delivery. Please initiate for a return through our returns centre or email us at contact@superdry.sg. You can choose to return the item via a courier pick-up, a drop off at a PostCo location or a drop-off at any of our retail stores. Please make sure that the return item is in its original condition with the tag attached. For detailed returns instructions, you may follow our guide here.

2. Can I exchange my order?

3. Can I track my return/exchange?

The returns tracking code is included in the return label that will be sent to you via email after selecting your pick up date and time.

4. How long will the return/exchange take?

It will take up to 30 days for the return/exchange to be processed fully. Upon successful return of your items, we will then process the refund/exchange and you will receive an email from us to inform you that your refund/exchange has been processed. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. What can I do if I have lost my returns tracking code?

Please email us at contact@superdry.sg together with your name, contact details and order number.

6. How do I reschedule my return pick up date and time?

Please email us at contact@superdry.sg together with your name, contact details, order number and the updated pick up date and time.

7. How long until the refund is reflected on my bank statement?

Once the refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 working days for it to reflect on your bank statement.

1. Will you price match my item?

As our discounts and promotions are only for a limited time, we do not offer price matching on orders placed outside the promotional period.

Currently we only ship within Singapore.

8. How can I pay for my order?

We accept any payments through MasterCard, Visa, and Amex.

Alternatively, you can pay through Hoolah. It enables you to buy now, pay later with 3 installments at 0% interest. Click here for more information.

9. Where can I find a size guide?

You can find our size guide on each product description page under the 'Size & Spec' tab. Basic measurements can also be found on the 'Select Size' drop down menu.

10. What size should I order?

It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. Our items are slim fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order.

11. Will this item come back into stock?

We are unable to provide exact dates for if or when an item will be restocked in store or online. Our stock levels are updated daily so that items are made available as soon as possible.

12. Why isn't my promo code working?

It may have been entered incorrectly. You may find it helpful to copy and paste the code so that it is an exact match. If the code has been entered correctly but does not work, please contact us.

13. Can I return my order to a Superdry store?

You may drop-off your items at a Superdry store for a return.

14. What can I do if I am not happy with a store purchase?

If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made from one of our stores, you can return it to any of our stores with a valid proof of purchase for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to terms of the purchase.

15. Where is my nearest store?

You can locate your nearest store in the Stores Directory.

16. Why haven't I received my eReceipt?

Please check your spam folders for the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you cannot locate your eReceipt, please contact us with your purchase information.

17. What is your store returns policy?

For items bought in our Singapore stores you can return them to any store within 7 days for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn, its original condition and proof of purchase can be provided.

Acceptable proof of purchase includes your original purchase receipt or a credit/debit card statement showing the transaction.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, socks.

This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third party retailers (including concessions and franchise stores); products bought outside Singapore and personalized or altered products.

If you have bought the items from a Superdry store outside Singapore, please contact the store directly or check your receipt for the terms & conditions.

Membership Online Perks

1. What is the Superdry Membership?

Superdry Members enjoy member promotions all year round! In addition, Rookie and Super tier members can enjoy extra member discounts on Superdry.sg and in retail stores.

2. How can I sign up to be a Superdry Member?

You can sign up as a Member in our Superdry retail stores with any purchase. We currently do not offer sign-ups for Superdry membership online. However, you can sign up for our mailing list for first dibs on Superdry online exclusive launches and promotions!

3. Will my online purchase be accumulated for membership upgrade or renewal?

Only retail stores purchases can be accumulated for any membership upgrade or renewal.

4. How can I enjoy my Superdry membership online?

Rookie and Super Tier members will receive an exclusive voucher code for use on Superdry.sg via your registered email address.

5. Why have I not received my member’s exclusive voucher code yet?

Please give us 14 working days to process your membership application. This is similar for membership upgrades and renewals.

6. Will my online membership voucher code expire?

You may use your voucher code as long as you have an active membership.

7. How do I check my membership status?

You can visit any Superdry store or write in to contact@superdry.sg on your membership status.

8. Can I use a different email when checking out my items?

No, you will need to use the same email address used to register to be eligible for the voucher code. If there are any changes to your email address, please write to us at contact@superdry.sg .

9. When will I receive my Birthday voucher code?

Your Birthday voucher code will be sent to your registered email at the start of your birthday month. The voucher code will be valid from the day the email is received till the last day of the month.

10. How do I apply my voucher code?

Apply your voucher code at the checkout page. For purchases made on mobile, be sure to click on ‘show order summary’ to key in your voucher code before adding any of your bank details.

11. Can I use multiple voucher codes in a single checkout?

Unfortunately, only one voucher code can be applied for each transaction.

12. Can I use my member voucher codes on sales items?

No, your member voucher codes can only be applied on regular priced items.
