I purchased clothes from the Superdry SG website on 14 September. A few days later, I received an email from them stating that they tried to call me but couldnât get in touch, and asked me to provide my contact number. After I provided it, they requested my unit number. In the last email, they informed me that the order had been sent back to the warehouse, and they were unable to deliver it. Now they expect me to pay again.
Very disappointed when i bought the black and white. The white one came with some stain on the back. But because it bought with discount the returns says cannot return so only can blame unlucky
Love the jacket, the material is great and waterproof. Fitting is perfect - I'm 5'6" 125 lbs, size S fits me perfectly. Happy purchase definitely.
