I purchased clothes from the Superdry SG website on 14 September. A few days later, I received an email from them stating that they tried to call me but couldn’t get in touch, and asked me to provide my contact number. After I provided it, they requested my unit number. In the last email, they informed me that the order had been sent back to the warehouse, and they were unable to deliver it. Now they expect me to pay again.
