If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics.
It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates and your details. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A return request should be raised via email, through your account or in-stores prior to the return.
SG orders can be sent back to us free of charge with NinjaVan Distribution Points, Home Pick Up or Store Drop Off.
SG orders can be returned to Superdry stores in SG. Items cannot be returned to a Superdry concession or franchise. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn, damaged and must have the original tags intact.
If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount.
Click and Collect orders will be kept in the store for 14 days. If uncollected, it will be returned to the Warehouse and a refund will be made.
