Bought this one and another polo as sales items and didn't really aware of their policy. Size was too tight and cannot wear. Requested for return or exchange. Wrote email a few times explained about the situation but Customer Support Agent always rejected for return since it is sales item. Tried calling many times the contact number given [****] to explain personally but the number is not in service. Bought many sales items on line from brand like G-star, Nike, Adidas, etc. Can easily return if size doesn't fit or any other reason. Never came across any Apparel Brand which don't accept the return item from on line purchase that doesn't fit even though it is sales item. Very bad experience.
