1. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

Yes, all orders under $100 are charged at $6.50. All orders which are above $100 enjoy free delivery.

2. Can I have my order delivered to store?

You can select a SG Superdry as a delivery option for your order. Just select the Click & Collect option and you can proceed to your favourite Superdry store.

3. What delivery services do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and Click & Collect.

4. Can you send my order without an invoice?

We are not able to dispatch orders without an invoice.

5. Can I have my order delivered to a business address?

You can choose to have your order delivered to a business address. However, please be aware that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once the delivery has been made.

6. How long will my delivery take?

Standard Delivery in Singapore should reach within 3-5 days. Express delivery will reach you based on time of order. If we receive your order before 12 noon, you would receive the delivery within the next 1-2 days. After 12 noon would reach you within 2-3 days.

7. Why haven't I received a dispatch email?

Please check for the email in your spam folders of your inbox. You can also view your dispatch notifications by logging into your Superdry account.
If you have not received a notification and your account does not show that your order has been dispatched after 24 hours, please contact us.

8. Why haven't I received any confirmation emails?

All notification emails are sent to the email address that has been used to place the order, if the email address was entered incorrectly you will not receive the email. Please also make sure to check your spam folders of the email address.
If you still have not received any emails, please contact us.

9. Has my order arrived in store?

As soon as your order arrives at the store you will receive a notification email. As the delivery dates we provide are estimates, we do recommend that you do not travel to store until you have received the notification email. If you have not received this email within 48 hours from dispatch, please contact us.

10. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on all orders above $100.
Under $100 is chargeable.

11. How long will my delivery take?

Standard shipping will take 3-5 days and Express Shipping will take 1-3 days. For Click & Collect, you will be updated via email once your parcel has reached the selected Superdry store.

12. Why haven't I received my order?

You will have had an estimated delivery date at the checkout and an order confirmation email to reflect this. Please check your dispatch email or your Superdry account to see the tracking information for your parcel(s). If there has been no movement in your tracking for 5 days, please contact us.

1. Can I exchange my order?

Full instructions on returns is on the return form. You can return within 30 days of receiving the product for SG orders. There are no exchange options available for now.

2. Do I have to pay for my return?

We offer free returns in SG. If you are a Singapore customer, please go to your account and initiate return or you can email us at contact@superdry.sg

3. Where do I send my return to?

For SG please initiate return on the website and return through NinjaVan pick up.

4. Have you received my return?

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

5. How long will the return take?

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

6. Can I exchange my order?

We currently do not allow exchange.

7. Where do I send my return to?

For SG please initiate return on the website and return through NinjaVan pick up or home/office collection

8. Can I return my order without the tags?

No, the item has to be in original condition.

9. What can I do if I've lost my returns tracking information?

10. Why haven't I had my refund or exchange?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will email you. If you have not received this email within 10 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse, please contact us.

11. Where is my refund?
